Valmiin peräpeilin paino on noin 350 kg joten apuvoimia tarvittiin asennusvaiheessa. Homma sujui hienosti ja perästeevin viimeistely oli toistaiseksi viimeinen työvaihe veneen peräosassa.
Seuraavaksi homma jatkuu ensimmäisellä lautaparilla keulasta alkaen.

The progress is steady. After the temp.frames the focus was shifted to the Transom which needs to be in place before the hull planking can be started.
The transom was glued out of the 3 inch pine-planks. The width of the transom at the top is about 2,500 mm and the weight of about 350 kg required a few extra pair of hands in order to attach it on the stem. Everything went well and next up the stem was shaped around the stern tube / propeller. It is looking very good.
Now the first set of hull planks will be attached starting at the bow of the boat...
